Gravitas LLC buys out 100% of Grandezza Golf & CC

Announced August 21, 2017 Gravitas LLC increases its interest/ownership of The Club at Grandezza from 50% to 100% effective August 23, 2017.
At the same time is was announced that The Club at Grandezza will be professionally managed by KemperSports.
Reciprocal arrangements with The Strand Golf & County Club remain at regular pricing moving forward.
